Leg 1: Tokyo Fly into Tokyo Narita and take the Keisei Skyliner in (5040¥ for two), changed at Ueno (walk is about 7-10 minutes) to Hibiya line to Roppongi. Went to teamlab borderless and uobei sushi. Both are good and reviewed on the internet. I won't detail too much here. Picked up some extra warm layers at Uniqlo in Ginza (the ultra heat tech stuff is 1290¥ currently — give or take less than half price from where I'm from! ) Stayed at airport hotel night before our flight - it was cheaper and saved us more time in the morning. Smooth enough. Leg 2: Niseko! 6:15am flight to CTS (New Chitose Sapporo). JAL flights were every 10 minutes. We left enough time between arrival at CTS and the bus that we took to Hirafu, went with white liner. We stayed at a hotel called Niseko Hakuunso and couldn't recommend it enough. All the reviews online are basically 5 stars and for good reason.

Non-smoking soldiers would usually trade them with other smoking soldiers for various items, but many started to smoke themselves. And the government who were responsible for spreading nicotine addicts, started to raise the taxes on cigarettes on a regular basis. Most notably on 2014 when they more than doubled the taxes on cigarettes making the average cost of a pack of cigarette about $4 to 5$ with 80% of that price being various taxes. This was a calculated move from the government as previous raises on cigarette taxes proved that while the initial sales will decrease for a very short period of time, the sales always recover and they end up with more tax revenue since cigarette is an addiction not a leisure.

In our example, we want to sort our data by T-shirt size from smallest to largest, so we'll type Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large, pressing Enter on the keyboard after each item. Click Add to save the new sort order. The new list will be added to the Custom lists: box. Make sure the new list is selected, then click OK. The Custom Lists dialog box will close.
